›› Our group meets every Thursday (except company shutdowns) in Building 120 Cafeteria starting at 5:30 p.m. until games end between 8-9:00 p.m.

Employees, contractors, families, friends, retirees, and former employees are welcome to join the game club on Thursdays to play modern board games (like 7 Wonders, Pandemic, Power Grid, Shadow Hunters, Ticket To Ride, etc) and modern card games (like Bohnanza, Dominion, Race for the Galaxy, Sushi Go, etc). Refer to the Club Games (library) or bring your own. To see what the club has been playing, check out their played games.

Additionally, the club may support classic board and card games, Collectible Card Games (CCG), minis, and Role Playing Games (RPG), however their play has been historically infrequent at best.

The games club also discusses and coordinates games outside of the weekly games night in their Collins Gamers Club Facebook group.

›› Saturday Gaming

The Collins Gamers Club also meets on the second Saturday of each month from October through April in the Building 120 Cafeteria from 12:30-5:00 PM or until people want to leave. Filler time will be 12:30-1:00, followed by longer games.

›› Access for Non-employees/contractors

Visitors (who are 16+ years) without employee or contractor access badges will need their information ENTERED AND APPROVED in the Collins Visitor Management System (VMS) PRIOR to arriving at the Building 120 South Entrance for game nights. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to enter visitor information into the Collins Visitor Management System (VMS) days before attending. The guard is typically present 5:25-5:45 PM at the Building 120 South Entrance to complete the visitor entry approval process. Visitors must bring their photo ID. Children under 16 years old are not required to check in at the guard entrance.

On second Saturday meetups from October-April, visitors and their escorts will need to be approved at the guard station at Building 105 Entrance #2 instead of the Building 120 South entrance.

Please select “No Tech Data Visit” for Type of Visit and type the words “Not Applicable” for the visitor’s Company Name and Company Address in your VMS requests.

Hosts must have training in Workday to host visits. The VMS site has links to the required training for hosts.

›› Stop by the second and fourth Thursdays of each month for our Club Pizza party!

The Gamers Club hosts a pizza party on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month. (Bring your own non-alcoholic drink.) If you bring your own food on any Thursday, please ensure it's "game friendly" to not damage the games. "Game Friendly" means foods which aren't messy or will leave residue on your fingers.
